ANYTOWN, Ontario, 07/12/2023 - Just last month, in June 2023, we wrapped up construction of our condo revitalization plan which began in 2022. We were originally set to begin the project in summer 2020, our first renovation since rebuilding the condos from the ground up in 2010, however, it was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, even after the delays, we are still excited to share what we’ve done! Here’s a rundown of the major renovations;

Updated Interior Design
One of our top priorities was to incorporate the latest interior design trends, which we included through updated colour palettes, stylish decor, and sleek furniture. Everything from the walls to the bathroom cabinets were splashed with fresh, modern colours like Serena Azure, Organic Serenity, Airy Bliss, Bold Radiance, Rustic Retreat, and Urban Sophistication. 

Better Outdoor Spaces
Located in the beautiful western Quebec forests, our condos felt lacking of balconies, porches, and other outdoor spaces after the rebuild in 2010. Fast forward to now, and every condo has a beautiful, spacious balcony, and a porch on every multi-level condo with a beautiful view of the Quebec mountains.

The Latest Smart Tech
Smart technology has emerged and has become a necessity in modern households. All of our condos are now equipped with automated lighting, the latest thermostats, smart home tech, and more. Our condos are now designed for the everyday needs of guests in 2023.

Enhanced Connectivity
Connecting with the outside world, even in the countryside has become vital to all of our lives. We’ve equipped all condo units with high-speed, Fiber internet, charging stations, smart fridges, iPads, and smart TVs to ensure our guests can stay connected with the world. 

Eco-Focused Solutions
We take all of our actions very seriously, and always consider their environmental impact. This is why we’ve introduced a number of eco-friendly features and solutions in our condo units. All condos are now equipped with 100% sustainable wood and materials, are powered entirely by wind and solar panels, low-flow fixtures, energy-efficient appliances, and LED lighting.
