I wanted to advise our Wizard rate has dropped to 3.49% on the 5 year fixed for new business and pre-apps are at 3.59% and both have a 120 day rate hold. If there are deals in the pipeline you would like to get lowered please contact me and I'll work on it. Our 5-year variable rate mortgage product is at prime minus .65% and our 6/13 product is at prime minus .70%.
