Midland Rib Fest is here! I saw them setting up last night and I can imagine the delicious smells wafting through the air this weekend. Is anyone familiar with the vendors and which ribs you think are the best to try? If so, let me know! Also, does anyone know if the Beaver Tails food truck will be there?
