I helped a gentleman purchasing Christmas gifts last month. I was wrapping them in paper and ribbon and mentioned our clients preferred them wrapped "the old-fashioned way." He replied, "There is nothing old fashioned about giving excellent customer service. You have the best quality ladieswear lines in downtown Midland." I thanked him for his kind words and said we're lucky to have the wonderful clients we do. He replied, "That's not luck. That's hard work." I will never forget what he said...thank you!
